These terms apply to the Sprint Dates for Jira Forge app (“the app”) listed on the Atlassian Marketplace. They are between the site admin who installs the app and the vendor named on that listing. Atlassian’s Marketplace terms still apply to payment, trials, and refunds.
The app adds Sprint Start Date and Sprint End Date fields and keeps them in sync with each work item’s current sprint on your Jira Cloud site. It runs on Atlassian Forge. It does not send Jira data to servers outside Atlassian.
The app is licensed through Atlassian Marketplace. Cloud sites get a 30-day trial. After that, fees follow the listing price (including $0 for sites with 1–10 Jira users). Billing is on your Jira Cloud cycle. You cancel by uninstalling the app in Jira. We do not take card details ourselves.
Use the app only on Jira Cloud sites you are authorised to administer. Do not reverse engineer the app or use it to break Atlassian or third-party terms.
We aim to keep the app working with Jira Cloud, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the app, these terms, or pricing through Marketplace. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that dates will always match every Jira view, that sync will be instant, or that the app will meet a particular purpose. Jira configuration (screens, permissions, time zone) affects what you see.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
